The Aspire USB Wall plug adaptor is designed to be used to charge your USB rechargable device/s. The wall plug uses a USB port to simply connect your charging cable (not supplied). 

Wall chargers are faster at charging batteries. Plug your usb charger into the bottom of the plug, then attach your device to the opposite end of the usb charging cable, plug the mains charging plug into the mains.
